ZESA Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill a Systems Engineer (IT Security) position on a fixed-term basis. Prospective female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IT security systems and infrastructure
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and threats
• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures
• Manage firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security tools
• Perform security audits and ensure compliance with organizational requirements
• Provide technical support and guidance on security-related matters
• Stay updated on emerging security trends and technologies

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT security or related roles
• Strong knowledge of network security, encryption, and authentication protocols
• Experience with security tools including firewalls, antivirus, and SIEM solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
