About the Organization

Benki ya Watu wa Zanzibar Limited (PBZ) is a commercial bank fully owned by the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar. The bank provides excellent financial services to its customers in Zanzibar and Mainland Tanzania. PBZ is strengthening service delivery and increasing sales of its products by inviting applications from energetic, creative, and persuasive young Tanzanians to join the Sales (Mauzo) positions within the Marketing Department.

These positions are offered on a fixed-term contract basis.

Work Location

The position will be based at various PBZ branches and service centers in Mainland Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell bank products and services to new and existing customers
• Encourage customers to open accounts and utilize PBZ banking products
• Provide accurate information to customers about PBZ services and ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in all sales and marketing activities
• Achieve set sales targets and submit timely performance reports

Required Qualifications

• Tanzanian citizen
• 35 years of age or below
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Insurance, International Relations, or any related field
• Valid CV and Birth Certificate
• Original academic certificates
• Not a government employee
