Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to remind customers on their bundle renewal
Make outbound calls to onboard new customers
Assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
Guide customers on how to use the services
Support the team in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Learn and apply effective communication and customer service techniques during interactions

Required Qualifications

Recent graduate in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field
Strong communication skills in both English and Swahili
Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Attention to detail
Flexibility to work in shifts, if required

Preferred Experience

Experience in customer care or debt collection
