## Title: Regional Manager and Sales Officer - Tabora

Position Overview

This role represents an excellent career development opportunity with Simba Beverages Limited in Tabora, Tanzania.

Main Responsibilities

  • Driving Growth: Carrying out daily sales activities to achieve sales volume and revenue targets
  • Expanding the Network: Identifying and registering new wholesalers and distributors to close market gaps
  • Building Partnerships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with business partners for long-term trust
  • Market Excellence: Ensuring products are fully available and visible in retail and wholesale shops
  • Trade Marketing: Identifying and properly using trade marketing opportunities, as well as running product promotion campaigns in the relevant work area
  • Professional Reporting: Submitting accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, marketing, and competitor activities
  • Resource Management: Managing company resources efficiently and professionally

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in the alcoholic beverage sector (priority given to candidates with relevant experience)
  • Strong ability to collaborate with others and build professional working relationships
  • Good understanding of the Tabora work area
  • For Regional Manager (Mkuu wa Kanda): 10–15 years of experience and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • For Sales Officer (Afisa Mauzo): 3–5 years of experience
