About the Role

Simba Beverages Limited is expanding its dynamic team and seeking talented professionals to join us in Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. We are looking for a Regional Manager (Mkuu wa Kanda) and Sales Officer (Afisa Mauzo) to drive growth and excellence in the beverage sector.

Main Responsibilities

• Execute daily sales activities to achieve sales volume and revenue targets
• Identify and register new wholesalers and distributors to close market gaps
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners for long-term trust and collaboration
• Ensure products are fully available and visible in retail and wholesale shops
• Identify and utilize trade marketing opportunities effectively
• Run product promotion campaigns in your designated work area
• Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, marketing, and competitor activities
• Manage company resources efficiently and professionally

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Beverages Sector: Previous experience in the alcoholic beverage sector is preferred
• Years of Experience:
  • Regional Manager (Mkuu wa Kanda): 10–15 years
  • Sales Officer (Afisa Mauzo): 3–5 years
• Education (Regional Manager): Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Local Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the specific area for which you are applying
• Teamwork: Strong ability to collaborate with others and build professional working relationships
