The Technical Manager will oversee technical service operations, coordinate field technicians and installers, and ensure the efficient execution of installation, maintenance, and repair activities while maintaining high standards of service delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving operational performance, managing technical resources, monitoring spare parts utilization, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate technical teams, service technicians, and installers
• Plan, assign, and monitor technical jobs from initiation through completion
• Track service requests and ensure timely execution of installation, repair, and maintenance activities
• Monitor spare parts inventory, availability, and utilization
• Coordinate procurement and replenishment of spare parts when necessary
• Ensure all technical work is completed according to company standards and customer requirements
• Maintain high levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Monitor technician performance and provide guidance to improve productivity
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Coordinate schedules and workloads for technical teams to optimize resource utilization
• Prepare service reports

Required Qualifications

• Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills
• Technical knowledge in engineering, electronics, or related service industries
