JOB PURPOSE
To manage and grow the company’s social media platforms through consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned content. To also support marketing campaigns and customer engagement through digital channels.
Technical Skills
Ability to manage and grow social media platforms.
Basic graphic design and content creation capabilities.
Ability to analyze social media performance and engagement metrics.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Clear, professional, and responsive communication.
Ability to engage with customers and respond to inquiries effectively.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Additional training in digital marketing, social media management, or graphic design is an added advantage.
Work Experience
At least 1–3 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Experience in content creation, online engagement, and brand promotion is preferred.
