Benki ya Watu wa Zanzibar Limited (PBZ) is a commercial bank fully owned by the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar. The bank provides excellent financial services to customers in Zanzibar and Mainland Tanzania. To strengthen service delivery and increase product sales, PBZ invites applications from energetic, creative, and persuasive candidates to join the Marketing Department in Sales positions.

Position Overview

This is a fixed-term contract position based in Mtwara, Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell bank products and services to new and existing customers
• Encourage customers to open accounts and utilize PBZ banking products
• Provide accurate information to customers about PBZ services and ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in all sales and marketing activities
• Achieve set sales targets and submit timely performance reports

Required Qualifications

• Must be a Tanzanian citizen
• Must be 35 years of age or below
• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Insurance, International Relations, or any related field
• Must possess a valid CV and Birth Certificate
• Must have original academic certificates
• Must not be a government employee
