8 Duties and Responsibilities
To operate Telephone Switchboards for receiving and making telephone calls or receiving and sending message by fax etc; To place out-of-state and international calls; schedules and coordinates conference calls as required; To welcome visitors by greeting them personal and by telephone answering all referring inquires; To direct visitors to action employees, Department Directors or giving them instructions; and To performs any other relevant duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications Holder of Certificate either in Telephone Operations, Front Office, or Customer Care from recognized Institutions. To operate Telephone Switchboards for receiving and making telephone calls or receiving and sending message by fax etc;To place out-of-state and international calls; schedules and coordinates conference calls as required;To welcome visitors by greeting them personal and by telephone answering all referring inquires;To direct visitors to action employees, Department Directors or giving them instructions;To performs any other relevant duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.
