Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting activities
• Assist in coordinating project tasks and ensuring timely execution of activities
• Engage with youth groups and community members during project implementation
• Collect basic field data, observations, and community feedback
• Help document project success stories, achievements, and lessons learned
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Support monitoring and evaluation activities by tracking project progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with local partners and stakeholders on project-related initiatives
• Participate in team meetings and organizational events
• Represent ClimaCare Tanzania in community forums and outreach activities when required

Work Environment

You will work closely with project teams, community members, youth groups, and local stakeholders to support project activities, track progress, and contribute to the successful delivery of project objectives.
