## Title: HR MIS and Rewards Manager

Position Overview

KCB Bank is seeking a skilled HR MIS and Rewards Manager to join our team in Dar es Salaam. This full-time position combines human resources management, compensation and benefits administration, and HRIS system oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in salary surveys to benchmark market practices and ensure competitive compensation
  • Review and update rewards and benefits policies, developing benefit packages based on market rates
  • Implement and monitor company salary structure, participating in bonus and annual salary reviews in accordance with company policies
  • Ensure compensation is provided in alignment with job evaluation, grading structures, and incentive programs
  • Review, propose, and sign off on insurance contracts for staff, including medical cover and group life insurance, with appropriate staff awareness
  • Produce and maintain total reward statements for all staff
  • Work closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure overseas staff have correct tax and benefits applied
  • Execute HRIS improvements to meet emerging HR needs and generate new standard HR reports
  • Capture new employee data in HRIS (basic details, qualifications, images, signatures, previous employers, and dependents' information)
  • Conduct background checks (employment and education verification) for all new staff
  • Conduct and facilitate the recruitment process, employment contract issuance, and exit/offboarding procedures
  • Track disciplinary issues and handle day-to-day employee grievances
  • Participate in yearly performance appraisal and evaluation processes using Balanced Score Card methodology
  • Support staff training assessment at all levels and devise appropriate training plans with program execution
  • Design and execute HR management reporting calendar
  • Analyze and compile staff data and reward information

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and HRIS platforms
  • Proficiency in compensation and benefits administration
  • Experience with payroll management and tax considerations
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Recruitment and onboarding/offboarding process management
  • Performance management and employee relations experience
