Role Context
We are seeking a Head of Business who will lead SmartLab's digital learning and talent placement solution. The Head of Business will own the full growth strategy for the platform, securing B2B employer partnerships, driving B2C learner acquisition, onboarding content partners, and scaling job placement services across Africa and beyond.
This is an entrepreneurial role for someone who thrives at the intersection of EdTech, HRTech, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full growth strategy for the digital learning and talent placement platform
- Secure B2B employer partnerships
- Drive B2C learner acquisition
- Onboard content partners
- Scale job placement services across Africa and beyond
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in EdTech, talent acquisition, learning & development, or digital platform management
- Proven success in launching or scaling a digital product
- Bachelor's degree
