Field Supervisor – Telecom Implementation (TI)

About the Role

The Field Supervisor – Telecom Implementation (TI) is responsible for supervising and supporting onsite telecom installation and commissioning activities. This role ensures that all implementation works are executed in accordance with Nokia standards, Method of Procedure (MoP), customer requirements, and approved project plans. The Field Supervisor ensures that site activities are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and with the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise onsite Telecom Implementation activities
• Troubleshoot, support, and supervise onsite teams to perform installation and commissioning according to Nokia specifications and Method of Procedure (MoP)
• Manage clearance of site defects with suppliers and approve site readiness prior to Site Acceptance by the Nokia customer
• Coordinate and facilitate Telecom Implementation with relevant stakeholders
• Supervise the execution of onsite Telecom Implementation activities in liaison with the Roll Out Manager and Field Deployment Manager for whole or part of a customer project
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope of contractual obligations, timeline, and required quality standards
• Support and supervise onsite teams to perform installation and commissioning according to Nokia specifications
• Contribute to the development of roll out plans with the Roll Out Manager and Field Deployment Manager
• Maintain accountability for quality and accuracy of own output
• Handle TI tasks as assigned
