About the Role

The Creative Lead will serve as deputy to the Creative Director on the Global Communications team. You will manage the Global Communications team support request systems, oversee all incoming creative requests, delegate work to team units, and ensure the team maintains service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.

You will be a strong contributor to creative brainstorms and ideation, support the organization's brand management, and conduct quality reviews of all creative content. You will hold final creative reviews for Tier 2 and Tier 3 content.

This position includes managing and supporting the professional development of a creative team of approximately 5 people working on graphic design and video, with direct management of approximately 3 reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold quality bar and conduct final line reviews for Tier 2 and Tier 3 creative content
• Manage the Global Communications team support request systems and oversee incoming creative requests
• Delegate creative projects to appropriate team units
• Monitor team performance against service level agreements (SLAs)
• Contribute to creative brainstorming and ideation sessions
• Support brand management across the organization
• Manage and develop a team of approximately 5 creative professionals
• Provide direct supervision and professional development to approximately 3 direct reports
