CNC Operator/Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain high standards of safety and 5S in a workshop environment
• Interpret manufacturing drawings
• Program CNC machines and produce G-code (Manual, MasterCAM, Autodesk, or similar)
• Implement proper workflow systems to streamline production output
• Prepare, set, and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning
• Supervise machines while they execute tasks and make necessary adjustments to produce better results
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with specifications and requirements
• Drive cost savings initiatives in a workshop environment
