Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage charter flight sales opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate, tourism, NGO, government, and private clients
• Prepare charter quotations and negotiate contracts
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless charter execution
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Aviation, or related field
• Experience in charter sales and charter operations in Tanzania
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Aviation or tourism industry knowledge is an added advantage
