The most economically advantageous tender will be selected based on:

• Administrative criteria
• Technical criteria
• Incoterm CPT (Mombasa)

Variants will be considered during evaluation.

Delivery Terms and Location

Project Location: Rwanda

Tenderers shall propose a price for each of the following Incoterm options:

• FCA (Departure port)
• CPT (Mombasa)
• DAP (Two sites in Rwanda)

Important: For comparison and evaluation purposes, all bids will be assessed exclusively on Incoterm CPT (Mombasa) prices. The final destination and installation of the equipment will be to two designated sites in Rwanda.
