About the Role

Join our growing team at a high-end aesthetic, slimming, and skincare clinic in Umhlanga. This is an exciting, client-facing, target-driven position within a dynamic skin and body care solutions environment. This is not a desk-based role – you'll be actively engaging with clients and driving sales in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach, engage, and build relationships with existing and new clients
• Drive sales with confidence and professionalism
• Opening and closing clinic procedures
• Reception and administrative duties
• Assisting therapists as needed
• Maintaining clinic cleanliness and professional standards

What We're Looking For

• Confident, well-presented, and comfortable approaching people
• Minimum 3 years of similar sales or client-facing experience
• Strong selling experience with face-to-face engagement
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet targets
• High energy and brand awareness
• Beauty industry experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-oriented environment

Compensation

• Basic salary
• Commission on monthly targets met
