Sales Representative

Position Overview: – Sales Representative & Team LeaderLV Nutritional Products – East Rand, Gauteng LV Nutritional Products is seeking a motivated, sales-driven, and open-minded individual to join our growing team as a Sales Representative & Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, maintaining and growing client relationships, and overseeing nationally based brand ambassadors. This role requires a hands-on leader who is willing to travel, work with in-house administrative systems, monitor team performance, and step in operationally when required. Main Duties and Responsibilities- Call on existing clients and maintain professional customer relationships

• Source and secure new clients and business opportunities

• Meet and exceed sales targets

• Lead and manage a team of nationally based ambassadors

• Conduct staff and product training sessions

• Monitor team targets, productivity, and overall performance

• Assist teams in the field when required

• Ensure all reporting and administration is completed accurately and on time

• Use company in-house administrative tools and systems effectively

• Provide regular performance feedback and support to ambassadors

• Maintain high standards of professionalism and brand representation

• Travel nationally when required for training, operations, and team support

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience essential

• Leadership or team management experience advantageous

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-driven and target-focused mindset

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Willingness to travel nationally

• Comfortable working with company systems and administrative processes

• Valid driver’s license advantageous
