Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance
• Recommend products and merchandise to help customers make purchases
• Answer customer questions and address concerns
• Inform customers about sales, promotions, and store policies
• Demonstrate how products work
• Process payments and package purchases
• Stock merchandise and create attractive displays
• Keep the shop clean and organized
• Take inventory and monitor the sales floor

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience working in a retail store
• Matric Certificate
• Valid South African ID or valid work permit

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math

Employment Terms

• Working hours: 9am - 6pm
• 1 day off per week
• Base salary: R6,000 per month
• Individual commission incentive upon reaching monthly sales targets
• Store target incentive
