• Assisting coordinators with sourcing and shopping for

events

• Supporting event planning and execution
• Working onsite at events and assisting where needed
• Assisting with event setups and breakdowns
• Occasionally serving as event staff during functions
• Providing general administrative support related to

event operations Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Relevant qualification or practical events experience

advantageous

• Willing to work weekends and after hours
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication, time management, and

multitasking skills

• Attention to detail and professionalism
