Junior Admin Telesales

FMCG company situated in Midrand, Johannesburg and Mount Edgecombe, Durban is currently looking for a Junior admin teleseller/s to join these teams. Looking for individuals who are friendly with a strong personality. Have a passion for sales and be target driven. Excellent customer relations Experience: and must have an excellent telephone manner. Must be able to work under pressure. Position requires incumbent to work long hours during peak periods. * Advantage – Pastel knowledge. Incumbent must have their own transportation.

Duties include but not limited to the following:

· Invoicing on pastel

· Telesales ( Email and telephone )

· Cold calling for new business

· Customer service to existing customers.

· Updating of pricing on a daily basis

· Support to sales rep

· Monthly stock takes *compulsory

· Weekly reports submitted to Supervisor

· Assist despatch with queries

· Ad-hoc duties

Experience: & qualifications

Matric certificate (Essential)

Must have pastel experience

Remuneration: Basic + commission – to be discussed at the interview phase.
