Intermediate Inbound Tour Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Intermediate Inbound Tour Consultant to join our team in the CPT Southern Suburbs office-based role.

Remuneration

Market related (negotiable based on experience and current earnings)

Minimum Requirements

Please note: Applications that do not meet all of the following criteria will not be considered.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Intermediate Inbound Tour Consultant in strictly Inbound Tour Operations/DMC (Travel/Flight Agency experience will not be considered)
• Product knowledge essential – 3–5-star Hotels/Lodges across Southern Africa including Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Zambia
• Proven ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• Experience handling all functions from A–Z, including reservations, quotes, and invoicing
• Experience managing complete group itineraries from quoting through to invoicing
• Excellent organizational skills
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with computer software such as Tourplan, Wetu, or similar platforms (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all tour operations functions from reservations to invoicing
• Develop and manage group itineraries and quotes
• Manage client communications and relationship building
• Problem-solve and negotiate with suppliers and clients
