Remuneration: STRUCTURE TRIAL PERIOD · MONTHS 1–3 Stipend + Commission A monthly stipend is provided during the 3-month trial period, supplemented by a generous commission on all sales achieved. Earn more as you grow your territory. PERMANENT · POST TRIAL Basic + Commission Candidates who meet or exceed targets during the trial will be appointed to a permanent package including a monthly basic salary and continued commission. Target Achievement Milestone: Candidates who successfully meet their sales targets within the 3-month trial period will be offered a formal permanent position with a competitive basic salary plus performance-based incentives. (advantageous) Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct regular, professional detailing calls to general practitioners, specialists, and healthcare practitioners ● Manage and grow a designated territory to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets ● Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with medical professionals and key decision-makers ● Provide accurate and compelling product presentations, samples, and supporting literature ● Report on sales activity, territory performance, and competitor activity regularly ● Stay updated on product knowledge, therapeutic areas, and industry developments WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate is a polished, well-spoken professional who understands the demands and nuances of pharmaceutical detailing.
