This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. PARAPLANNER x 2 / CLIENT ASSOCIATE Due to staff retirements - our client has 2 wonderful opportunities available for candidates with RE5 certificates. Training can be provided if no or limited experience in this industry sector. Location: South End Remuneration: R15 000 – R30 000 basic (depending on experience) Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 Additional Information: No benefits included This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in the Wealth Management industry who enjoys both the technical and client relationship aspects of financial services. The role would suit a professional who is organised, detail-oriented, client-focused, and confident working with High Net Worth individuals. Key Responsibilities: Paraplanning Responsibilities:
  • Supporting financial
advisers with financial planning administration and documentation
  • Assisting with retirement,
investment, tax, and estate planning support
  • Preparing financial
analysis, reports, risk profiling, and portfolio recommendations
  • Conducting research on
financial products, strategies, and market trends
  • Ensuring compliance with
FICA, FAIS, and industry regulations
  • Maintaining up-to-date
industry and legislative knowledge Client Relationship Management Responsibilities:
  • Managing and maintaining
professional client relationships
  • Serving as the primary
point of contact for clients
  • Handling client queries and
providing ongoing support and communication
  • Coordinating client
meetings and onboarding processes
  • Liaising with third-party
providers, including insurers and investment managers
  • Working closely with
compliance and administration teams to ensure efficient client service
  • Assisting with general
office administration and operational support Requirements:
  • Experience working with
High-Net-Worth clients advantageous (alternatively – training can be given to those with willingness to learn and want a career in administration coupled with client relationships)
  • RE5 qualification
  • Relevant 3-year
qualification advantageous
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365
skills
