VACANCY: TECHNICAL CO‑ORDINATOR – ALARM SYSTEMS A leading security and alarm installation company is seeking a skilled and organised Technical Co‑ordinator to support our technical teams and ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and co‑ordinate alarm installations, maintenance and call‑outs
  • Allocate tasks to technicians and track job progress
  • Communicate with clients regarding bookings, updates and technical queries
  • Maintain job cards, reports and technical documentation
  • Ensure stock control for technical equipment and materials
  • Support management with operational planning and workflow
Requirements:
  • Experience in alarm systems, CCTV, access control or security technology
  • Strong administrative and co‑ordination skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Computer literacy (emails, scheduling systems, reporting)
  • Clear criminal record
