Role Overview

We are seeking a confident, driven Field Sales Representative to help grow our client base across Cape Town. This is a hybrid role combining on-ground field work with lead management and deal closing.

Work Structure

• 3 days per week: On the ground visiting shopping centres, malls, retail stores, restaurants, and businesses
• 2 days per week: Following up on leads, chasing new opportunities, and closing deals

Key Responsibilities

• Visit shopping centres, retail stores, and surrounding businesses
• Introduce Retail Assistants and our staffing solutions to potential clients
• Build relationships with store managers and business owners
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead follow-up
• Close deals and onboard new clients

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Sales experience (3+ years preferred but not required)
• Confident, well-spoken, and presentable demeanor
• Comfortable approaching new people daily
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently

Essential Requirements

• Own reliable transport
• Smartphone for communication and follow-ups
• Laptop for administration, emails, and tracking

• Basic salary: R8,000 per month
