Sales Representative Urgently Needed for Restaurant and Retail Industry

About the Role

We are seeking a confident and driven Sales Representative to help grow our business by signing up new retail and restaurant clients across shopping malls and retail centres in Cape Town. You will be the face of our retail staffing platform, building relationships with key decision-makers and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit shopping malls and retail centres to identify and engage potential clients
• Meet with store owners, managers, and centre management
• Introduce and pitch our retail staffing solution
• Sign up new businesses to use our platform
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and restaurant clients
• Travel between multiple locations across Cape Town

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience
• Own reliable vehicle (essential)
• Own phone and laptop with access to reliable internet
• Confident, well-spoken, and presentable demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable approaching businesses and initiating conversations
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic salary: R7,000 per month (three-month trial period)
• Commission on every new shop, restaurant, or client signed up
