About the Role

An established national transport and truck rental company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team in Kempton Park.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow fleet rental business
• Identify and secure new clients
• Manage and grow existing key accounts
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports
