About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Sales, Installation & Training Consultant to join our client's growing FinTech team. This is a field-based role where you will be the face of the company, responsible for the entire client lifecycle—from selling their innovative payment solutions to installing the technology and training users for success. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, present, and sell payment solutions to new clients, achieving set sales targets
- Professionally install and configure hardware and software at client sites
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions, ensuring clients are confident and competent in using systems
- Nurture new clients through a dedicated "Nursery Phase" and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Accurately complete and submit all required sales, installation, and expense reports in a timely manner
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- 3–4 years of proven direct sales experience
- Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
- 100% bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional, self-motivated, and client-focused attitude
What We Offer
- Basic salary of R26,800 per month plus attractive commission structure
