## Title: Receptionist and Administrative Clerk

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy receptionist/administrator to join our manufacturing and catering company in Parow. You will be a key part of our office operations, supporting both administrative functions and customer-facing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties including filing, copying, and typing
  • Processing invoices, quotes, and statements
  • Placing and managing orders
  • Occasional catering delivery using company vehicle
  • Setting up functions at various locations
  • Managing switchboard and assisting walk-in customers
  • Social media posting and management
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in an office environment
  • Code B driving licence (advantageous)
  • Tertiary education (advantageous)
  • Reside in the northern suburbs with own transport
  • Ability to work Saturdays 8am–12pm
  • Flexible availability

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 7:00am–4:00pm
