QUALIFIED Aesthetic Sales Assistant Manager GATEWAY

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Aesthetic Sales Manager to join our busy upmarket Aesthetic Slimming and Skincare clinic at our Gateway branch in Durban, KZN. This is a key position overseeing daily operations, sales performance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Master closing, selling, and negotiation skills to drive revenue
• Manage stock take and inventory control
• Ensure smooth treatment administration and follow-ups on service calls
• Lead daily operations and motivate the full team
• Manage customer enquiries and resolutions
• Handle general administration including Excel sheets, banking, and cash handling
• Maintain accurate staff timesheets
• Lead clinic operations with focus on hygiene and safety standards
• Monitor and ensure sales targets are met
• Conduct quality control on treatments
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Ensure punctual staff attendance and control

Required Qualifications

• Aesthetic slimming and skincare qualifications
• Beauty sales background
• Own reliable transportation
• Available to start immediately

• Marketing qualifications
• Beauty retail sales experience
• Social media marketing experience (posting, scheduling, layout strategies)
