About the Role

Dante's Exclusive Lounge is seeking a Night Club Manager to join our leading organization. This is a unique opportunity to drive venue attendance and brand awareness while managing all aspects of our nightlife operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive venue attendance and brand awareness through strategic promotions
• Manage digital engagement and event planning
• Monitor club atmosphere and guest experience during operating hours
• Greet guests and maintain high-energy relationships with promoters and entertainers
• Oversee bookkeeping and operational planning
• Ensure promotional events run smoothly and successfully

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role requiring flexibility and adaptability. The position combines day-to-day office-based planning with on-site management during evening and night hours. You will work irregular hours including nights and weekends, with a deep understanding and passion for nightlife culture essential to success.
