Job Purpose

The Electro-Mechanical Technician will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of all electro-mechanical systems within Brilliant Tower. The role ensures efficient performance of building systems, compliance with safety standards, and uninterrupted services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC, elevators, generators, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of all electro-mechanical equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve system faults to minimize downtime
• Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for maintenance and repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and operational standards
• Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and technical documentation

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance or commercial property management
• Experience working with modern building systems (HVAC, lifts, BMS, generators)
• Strong understanding of safety standards and maintenance procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
