Sales Representative Urgently Needed for Restaurant and Retail Industry

About the Role

We are urgently seeking a confident, driven Sales Representative to help grow our business by signing up new retail and restaurant clients across shopping malls and retail centres in Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit shopping malls and retail centres to identify and engage potential clients
• Meet with store owners, managers, and centre management
• Introduce and pitch our retail staffing solution
• Sign up new businesses to our platform
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of sales experience
• Own reliable transport or car
• Own phone and laptop with reliable internet access
• Confident, well-spoken, and presentable demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable approaching businesses and initiating conversations
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: R7,000 per month (3-month probation period)
• Commission on every new shop, restaurant, or client signed up
