## Title: Receptionist and Administrative Clerk
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy receptionist/administrator to join our manufacturing and catering company in Parow. You will be a key part of our office operations, supporting both administrative functions and customer-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative duties including filing, copying, and typing
- Processing invoices, quotes, and statements
- Placing and managing orders
- Occasional catering delivery using company vehicle
- Setting up functions at various locations
- Managing switchboard and assisting walk-in customers
- Social media posting and management
- Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in an office environment
- Code B driving licence (advantageous)
- Tertiary education (advantageous)
- Reside in the northern suburbs with own transport
- Ability to work Saturdays 8am–12pm
- Flexible availability
