Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and manage employment of security personnel
• Oversee and manage a team of Supervisors and Bodyguards
• Create and manage staff rosters and deployment schedules
• Supervise daily operations and ensure proper handover procedures for swift and smooth transitions
• Serve as Assistant to the Director, supporting executive operations and strategic planning
