About the Position

We are seeking an experienced professional for a full-time clinic sales receptionist position at our Gateway and Pavilion branches. These are busy, upmarket aesthetic, slimming, and skincare clinics located in Umhlanga.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and customer engagement via phone and in-person consultations
• Opening and closing clinic duties
• Treatment scheduling and coordination
• Managing staff timesheets and daily controls
• Conducting stocktake and operational checks
• Administrative duties including Excel spreadsheets and data management
• Social media promotion coordination on site
• Maintaining client confidentiality
• Shift-based work availability

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Proven track record in beauty retail with demonstrated sales target achievements
• Matric certification
• Marketing or retail-related qualifications
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Excellent customer service experience
• Professional presentation and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management

Compensation

Basic salary starting from R6,000, plus cash performance day incentives and commission based on experience.
