MRCG/GMB/RFP/2026/06 Procuring Entity Medical Research Council Unit The Gambia at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (MRCG at LSHTM) Location Senegal (supporting the RVF outbreak response programme led by Institut Pasteur de Dakar) Duration 18 months (with possibility of extension based on project needs and performance)   1. Background MRCG at LSHTM is supporting an RVF research programme in Senegal led by Institut Pasteur de Dakar, including an observational study and a planned interventional clinical trial. MRCG invites proposals from qualified Clinical Data Management (CDM) consultancies to support compliant data processes and high-quality datasets in a bilingual (English/French) setting. 2. Required Expertise & Qualifications (Mandatory) Proven CDM delivery for observational studies and clinical trials, including CRF design, edit checks, cleaning/query management, reconciliation, database lock, and inspection readiness. Compliance knowledge: ICH-GCP, GCDMP, 21 CFR Part 11 / EU Annex 11, and data protection requirements (UK-GDPR and applicable Senegal data laws). Bilingual (English/French) capability, including documentation and training/mentoring of local staff. 3.
