Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Value Chain Expert to join our team. This position reports directly to the Projects/Business Advisory Manager and operates from our Head Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing agricultural marketing initiatives and value chain development programs designed to enhance market access and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute agricultural marketing strategies to improve market access for producers and agribusinesses
• Develop and coordinate value chain development initiatives that strengthen competitiveness across the agricultural sector
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify market opportunities and address value chain constraints
• Provide technical guidance and advisory support on marketing and value chain matters
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the impact of marketing and value chain programs
• Support business advisory services related to market linkages and commercial viability

Reporting Structure

This role reports to the Projects/Business Advisory Manager and is based at the organization's Head Office in Zimbabwe.
