Tender Notice Supply of Computer and Accessories

Tender Overview

Broadband Systems Corporation (BSC), a licensed Internet Service Provider (ISP) incorporated under the laws and regulations of the Republic of Rwanda, invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the supply of computer and accessories. Tender Notice Reference: 004/G/NOT/BSC/2026.

The tender is indivisible and participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialised in this field.

Required Documentation and Qualifications

Qualifying bidders must present the following documents and requirements in their bids:

• Bid submission form and price schedules (well printed and properly organized)
• Copy of valid registration certificate
• Original or certified copy of clearance certificate from Rwanda Social Security Board
• Copy of valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Three references of similar tenders executed with Government, Corporate companies, or international organizations
• Data sheet
• Manufacturer's authorization or commitment letter from the authorized distributor

Tender Document Access

Tender documents can be downloaded online or obtained free of charge from the BSC procurement office at Remera, Airport Road (KN5 Rd), Opposite Chez Lando.

Submission Requirements

Well-printed, properly bound bids must be presented in 4 copies (one marked as original) and reach the BSC Procurement office at Remera, Airport Road (KN5 Rd), Opposite Chez Lando no later than the specified deadline. Late bids will be rejected.

Bid Packaging Instructions

All bid copies should be placed in inner envelopes marked with the company name and address. All inner envelopes should then be placed in an outer envelope marked with the tender reference number and the following information:

• To: Chairperson of the Tender Committee, BSC
• Tender Title: Supply of Computer and Accessories

Bid Opening

The public opening will take place at the BSC conference room on the specified date and time following the bid submission deadline.
