Tender Notice for Supply and Installation of Servers

National Tender Notice N°: 003/G/NOT/BSC/2026

An Internet Service Provider incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Rwanda is inviting qualified bidders to submit bids for the supply and installation of servers. This tender is divisible.

Eligibility Requirements

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialised in this field. Qualifying bidders must submit the following documents and requirements with their bids:

• Bid submission form and price schedules (well printed and properly organized)
• Copy of valid registration certificate
• Original or certified copy of clearance certificate from Rwanda Social Security Board
• Copy of valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Three references of similar tenders executed with Government, Corporate companies, or international organizations
• Data sheet
• Manufacturer's authorization or confirmation letter from local authorized distributors
• Authorized warranty service center certification

Bid Submission

Well printed and properly bound bids presented in 4 copies (one marked as original) must reach the Procurement Office at Remera, Airport Road (KN5 Rd) no later than 10th April 2026 at 11:00 AM. Late bids will be rejected.

Public bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM on the same day at the conference room.

Bid Packaging Instructions

Copies should be placed in 'inner envelopes' marked with the bidder's company name and address. All copies should then be placed in an outer envelope marked with the tender reference number.
