FXB Rwanda, with financial support from the European Union through the FOSTERING program, invites interested and qualified companies and individuals to submit bids for additional construction works on Fruits Collection and Sorting Centers (FCSC) in Gakenke and Nyabihu districts, Rwanda.

Tender Document Access

Eligible bidders may obtain the tender document from:

• Physical Location: FXB Rwanda Coordination Office, Kamonyi District, Runda Sector, Ruyenzi Cell, Rubumba Village
• Availability: Monday, April 13, 2026 through Friday, April 17, 2026 (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Tender Fee: 10,000 RWF (non-refundable)

Compulsory Site Visits

Site visits are mandatory and will be conducted on Thursday, April 16, 2026:

• 9:00 AM: Gashenyi Sector, Gakenke District
• 3:00 PM: Jomba Sector, Nyabihu District

Visits will be led by FXB Rwanda. Companies that visited sites during the first call are not required to visit again.

Bid Submission Requirements

Deadline: Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 4:00 PM

Submission requirements:

• Original, well-printed bid documents, properly bound
• Letter addressed to the Executive Director of FXB Rwanda
• Submitted to FXB Rwanda Coordination Office at the address listed above
• Electronic copies are not permitted

Important Notes

• Companies that submitted bids in the first call are not required to resubmit; previous submissions will be reconsidered
• Companies that completed site visits previously do not need to attend again
