FXB Rwanda, with financial support from the European Union through the FOSTERING program, invites qualified companies and individuals to submit bids for additional construction works on Fruits Collection and Sorting Centers (FCSC) in Gakenke and Nyabihu districts.

Tender Document Access

Interested and eligible bidders may obtain the tender document from:

• Physical Location: FXB Rwanda Coordination Office, Kamonyi District, Runda Sector, Ruyenzi Cell, Rubumba Village
• Period: Monday, March 30, 2026 through Wednesday, April 8, 2026
• Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM during working days
• Non-refundable Registration Fee: 10,000 RWF (deposit slip required)

Compulsory Site Visit

A mandatory site visit will be conducted on Thursday, April 2, 2026, led by FXB Rwanda:

• 9:00 AM – Gashenyi Sector, Gakenke District
• 3:00 PM – Jomba Sector, Nyabihu District

Bid Submission Requirements

• All bids must be printed and properly bound
• Cover letter must be addressed to the Executive Director of FXB Rwanda
• Submit only original printed copies (electronic submissions are not permitted)
• Deadline: Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 4:00 PM
• Submission Location: FXB Rwanda Coordination Office (address listed above)
