Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Information Technology to provide vision and leadership for developing and implementing VFR's IT strategy. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role will support VFR stakeholders to increase the organization's overall technology maturity and drive digital transformation across the network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategy aligned with organizational objectives
• Oversee all aspects of the organization's information technology systems, including selection, implementation, and support of enterprise IT applications
• Lead digital technology innovation and modernization initiatives
• Manage and mentor a team of IT employees
• Advise stakeholders on technology matters and ensure effective communications
• Monitor progress on IT initiatives and projects
• Manage information security and risk management protocols
• Oversee IT budgets and supplier contracts
• Establish and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Increase user satisfaction and service quality throughout the VFR network
• Improve infrastructure efficiency and cost effectiveness
