Introduction

The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) with offices in Kigali, Rwanda is updating its supplier roster and invites expressions of interest from potential service providers.

WFP will create a list of service providers who meet the specified criteria. When a specific tender is to be concluded, WFP will invite all service providers in the relevant categories to submit their offers.

Inclusion on the WFP service providers list does not guarantee invitation to all tenders and does not constitute a contractual relationship between the company and WFP. It means that if included in the shortlist database, a company will receive equal consideration in the service provider selection process.

Criteria for Inclusion

Prospective service providers must submit the following required documents to be considered for inclusion on the WFP service providers list:

• A letter of interest clearly specifying the service(s) you are applying for
• An original letter of support from the company's principal financial banker outlining the company's financial status and credibility (if issued in the name of a guarantor, clearly state their exact position in the company and/or other links with the company)
• Company's audited financial statements for at least the past two years (2024 and 2025)
• Company's Certificate of Incorporation or registration in Rwanda
• Company's tax registration documentation
