Terms of Reference (ToR) – Cash Disbursement Services for Field Operations

Overview

The International Organization for Migration (IOM), UN Migration Agency in Rwanda Mission is requesting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified Cash Disbursement Service Providers capable of delivering end-to-end cash disbursement services across IOM Rwanda's operational districts.

Service Modalities

The selected service provider(s) will deliver cash disbursement through the following modalities:

• Cash-in-envelope
• Mobile money (MTN/Airtel)

Submission Requirements

Interested service providers must submit their Expression of Interest according to the selection criteria outlined in the attached Terms of Reference documentation.

Important: Expressions of Interest received after the specified submission deadline will not be entertained.
