Eligibility Criteria

• Origin: No restriction
• Requirements: Economic operators must satisfy criteria included in the statement of good standing and ethics clauses of the general regulations

Evaluation Criteria

The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on:

• Price
• Administrative criteria
• Technical criteria
• Incoterm CPT (Mombasa)

Variants will be considered during evaluation.

Delivery Terms and Location

Project Location: Rwanda

Delivery Options: Tenderers may propose prices for the following Incoterms:

• FCA (Departure port)
• CPT (Mombasa)
• DAP (Two sites in Rwanda)

Evaluation Basis: For comparison and evaluation purposes, all bids will be assessed based on CPT (Mombasa) pricing only.

Installation Sites: Equipment will be delivered and installed at two designated sites in Rwanda, including Mutobo Tec.
