Position Overview

Job Title: Branch Operations Manager
Reports to: Operations Director
Work Location: Head Office

Job Purpose

The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and controlling general operations at the branch level. You will guide, monitor, and control resource planning while ensuring all branch activities align with internal controls. You will lead the proper implementation and execution of the strategic plan through effective leadership and supervision of branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support growth in savings group (SG) linkages to reach planned targets
• Support digitization initiatives and ensure staff and clients are well trained and engaged
• Review credit methodology and contribute to new product development
• Motivate and supervise branch teams
• Support social impact and social performance plans aligned with VFR objectives
• Ensure proper and timely execution of strategy in branches
• Monitor branch profitability and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in branch operations management
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of microfinance operations and credit methodology
• Experience with financial services and banking operations
