Tender Overview

ICPAR invites all interested bidders to submit bids for the supply of promotional materials and printing services. This tender is divided into two lots:

• Lot 1: Supply of ICPAR promotional materials
• Lot 2: Provision of printing services

Bidders may submit bids for either lot individually or for both lots. Detailed requirements are outlined in the Statement of Requirements.

Tender Document Access

The bidding document in English is available from the ICPAR Head Office, Procurement Manager Office, during working hours.

Document Fee: Twenty-Five Thousand Rwandan Francs (25,000 RWF) or equivalent in freely convertible currency. This is a non-refundable fee.

The bidding document may also be sent by email upon request.

Bid Submission Requirements

Bids must be:

• Well printed and properly bound
• Submitted in 3 copies (one original)
• Accompanied by samples for every item
• Submitted to the ICPAR reception at the address above

Submission Deadline

Deadline: 23rd April 2026 at 10:00 am (local time)

Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

Bid Opening

Date and Time: 23rd April 2026 at 10:30 am (local time)

Location: ICPAR Offices

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

Envelope Specifications

The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
